MADISON’S FUND, Inc., is a not for profit corporation organized under the Laws of the State of Florida. The Articles of Incorporation are on fie with Florida’s Secretary of State. Application has been made to declare MADISON’S FUND, Inc., as a tax exempt corporation under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Upon declaration, all donations made to MADISON’S FUND, Inc., are tax deductible.
